Teufelsberg in Berlin. Also known as Devils Mountain. The mountain was man made after WWII. It's made of all the rubble of the buildings, which were heaped on top of an old Nazi school that they tried to destroy but it was too strong. Which makes sense to then just cover it with all that rubble. But anyway. On top of the hill is an abandoned monitoring/listening station. It's pretty sweet. There were way more people there then we anticipated but it was still amazing and the views were to die for. They are even going to get their own post.

This is awesome. That's gotta be David Lynch's head in that graffiti!

It is David Lynch's head! He tryed to buy this place to open a university for Transcendental Meditation. This however failed due to his German business partner being a bit freaking. And apparently the place has something like a $5 million mortgage. I'm unsure whether that would faze him at all though. Who knows the real reason for it's not coming about.
