Sewing

Man, such boring photos! But I wanted to show you some (actually a fairly small portion!) of the sewing I've been doing since being back.

I've been doing loads of sewing for the little ones. School holiday fun was stamping the cats and "thunder bolts" (her idea, didn't come out all that well but still cool!) and sewing up the blue dress. And when I gave my niece the cat dress she straight away said "I want to wear it!" Can't get much better than that!

After all that I finally got around to sewing something for myself! This top turned out awesome and I will take some finished photos soon!

As well as sewing I've been baking up a storm. No photo evidence but a lovely full belly, which is awesome and delicious.
Slurp!

Sunday

Man, look at that ocean.
The cafe GRI:M (which means picture in Korean I think) was awesome, owned by a girl who lived in NZ for a year! And awesome coffee and grapefruit-ade.
It looks like I'm pashing that dog, and maybe I was, it's none of your business.

Wednesday

Home.
At home I frolic and rollick with the dog, which never comes to my calls. (I'm calling him in the first photo, he just sat there with his head tilted to one side). I eat soup in the sun and never have to wear my coat. There are babies and chickens. And we listen to vinyls in the garage drinking coffee.
It's pretty nice.
Can't wait for our next visit.

Tuesday

The first sign of snow and this is what happens.
Chubby, you smoking fool of a snowman, you'll be in our hearts forever.

Monday

 Last of the Wellington Cats.
That first one was cute. I tried to tempt it inside but it sat at the window and looked at me.
The Second one I jumped out the window to lay with it and take a picture.
And lastly, Tugs. I get a little teary thinking about his but he did have lovely parents so I'm sure he's doing fine. But just look how cute he is!!

Tuesday

I found this letter in a book that got returned on Saturday. OMG what a find. It's even stained with tears! GASP! I love my job!

Sooooo, it had been while since I picked up the big digi camera and I wanted to take a photo of Tugs doing the cutest sleeping I'd ever laid eyes on. So I took the photo and then took a look through the old photos on the camera. This is all five photos that were there (the top one is the one I took.

Oh Tugs. You rule my life.

Spring is well and truely here folks, I actually had shorts on the other day! Sure I was inside out of the wind but still I was dressed in a summer out fit. And heck only like six more weeks of uni! EEEEEE
photos from weheartit.com :) I'm sure I'll take some of my own soon enough
